Enerbyte 12V 100Ah Lithium Battery — LiFePO4 is the Blue Series LFP-12100 from Enerbyte, a 12.8 V, 100 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery with 1,280 Wh (1.28 kWh) of stored energy. The battery is built for a long service life. Enerbyte rates the LFP-12100 at 6,000 cycles at 50% depth of discharge and 3,500 cycles at 80% depth of discharge (to 80% of capacity), with a 15-year design life. The official data sheet states that it lasts up to five times longer than GEL and tubular batteries, with a life of up to 10 years. Self-discharge is very low — no more than 2% per month at 25 °C and 50% state of charge — so the battery holds its charge well between uses.

On power, the LFP-12100 can deliver up to 100 A continuously (about 1,280 W at 12.8 V) and up to 250 A in short pulses of less than 10 seconds, for example when a motor or compressor starts. Charging is by the CC-CV method at 14.0–14.4 V, with a recommended charging current of up to 50 A and a maximum charging current of 100 A. Safety is handled by the built-in smart BMS, which protects the battery against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature and short circuits, and keeps the cells balanced. The battery has built-in Bluetooth, so its status can be monitored in real time from a phone app, and an LCD display and a heating device are available as options. It can be used in series and in parallel — up to four batteries in series (for 24 V or 48 V systems) and up to four in parallel — so capacity and voltage can be scaled to suit a larger system.

The LFP-12100 is rated IP20 and works over a wide temperature range: charging from 0 °C to 45 °C, discharging from −20 °C to 60 °C, and storage from 0 °C to 45 °C. It is suitable for solar home systems, UPS and EPS backup, home backup during load shedding, and industrial DC power use. In Pakistan it is a practical choice for a single-room or small-home solar setup, for a UPS that needs a longer-lasting battery, or as the first battery in a system that can later be expanded in series or parallel.
